台南市【外塭仔崇聖宮】主辦《第一屆台南市崇聖宮盃硬筆書法比賽》，因為疫情的關係，委託【中華媒體傳播文創協會】採通訊報名方式辦理，經過二個多月收件與多位老師評審，2/27於崇聖宮廣場前進行頒獎活動，王錦德議員、黃麗昭議員、新榮高中陳炳輝校長、安慶國小鄭秀真校長、三股國小許志彰校長到場祝賀得獎者，並讚揚崇聖宮對於文化藝術推動的用心。
※崇聖宮位於安南區外塭仔的「姓許仔角」，主祀池府千歲，「外塭仔」聚落的形成始於乾隆三十四年（西元一七六九年），先民由學甲中洲、佳里興、將軍漚汪等地遷來。目前擔任主任委員許棟樑先生對於推廣宮廟文化非常盡心盡力，廟裡的宋江陣由民國72年成立至今，傳承意義非凡。本次硬筆書法活動崇聖宮管理委員會各委員更是用心於推廣中華文字之美。

《第一屆台南市崇聖宮盃硬筆書法比賽》邀請民進黨台南市黨部新住民部張晉祥主任蒞臨指導，張主任表示硬筆書法對於孩童文字藝術書寫與文化藝術提升、深具意義。崇聖宮管理委員會許高銘副主委表示，宮廟宗教文化與藝術之間有很多串聯與結合，很值得各宮廟推廣。
【中華媒體傳播文創協會】賴美玉理事長表示，能幫崇聖宮池府王爺做事，讓硬筆書法比賽顯得更具意義，目前學童對於書寫上大不如以前的年代，都是因為不夠重視，這也是崇聖宮推動硬筆書法對於社會有重大的教育意義。
《第一屆台南市崇聖宮盃硬筆書法比賽》邀請國際名書畫家王海峰大師擔任評審長，王海峰表示參賽作品將近400份，成績表現優異者眾多，尤其是國小組別，惟前三名大多是中北部學生，台南本地的學校與學生應該多加油了。
【中華圓夢公益展望會】許旗成理事長表示，評定成績已公佈在柳營新榮高中網站，活動獎勵的獎金與獎品超過15萬元，顯示崇聖宮對於文化推動不遺餘力，值得社會各界的跟進與效法。得獎作品將於三月份展示於新榮高中與台南市客家文化會館，歡迎民眾蒞臨參觀。
