新加坡【海記醬油雞】臺灣南部百貨首號店5/23進駐高雄夢時代，有別於台中公益店總店及其它百貨店，增加蕈香鳳爪滷脆麵、蕈香醬油雞滷脆麵、鹹蛋金沙山藥;隱藏版菜單，讓顧客搶先嚐到更豐富的新加坡美食；5/27~6/30開幕首月，單筆消費380元，現折30元。
※來自新加坡的「海記醬油雞」(HAIKEE)由第三代兄弟王建強與王建榮的已故爺爺在1959年所創立。原本居住在海南島的爺爺王世漢先生那年代為尋求更好的生活，從海南島漂洋過海到南洋(現在的新加坡）。剛開始他每早都得拉著沉重的卡車在新加坡著名的海山（Upper Cross Street）賣雞飯，但也因為他對料理的堅持，生意越來越好，在同一條街有了自己的店面，販售自創的醬油雞，也大受本地人歡迎。「海記」這品牌名稱，時時提醒後代一定要堅持他們所信仰的方向，最終將能引導走向機遇之海。

「海記」在2017年在品牌定位上趨向年輕化，並能隨時跟上市場變化及趨勢，海記醬油雞進行重大的品牌重塑。一個新的標語『Taste of Past，Sharing with the Future』表達了海記的目標，也就是用從未改變過的醬油雞秘方，以「親民」的價格及堅持「高品質」的食品；讓不分年齡層的每一個人，都能夠享有60年傳統的味道。
「海記」的醬油雞，與港式不同，用煮油雞的高湯，加上兩種老抽、糖、鹽、八角等做成滷汁，將肉雞整隻滷入味，吃起來滿口都是醬油的鹹香氣，搭配海南雞飯，十分美味。
