鋼鐵部長陳時中將於6月5日下午至6日6日上午來到嘉義縣，縣府4日召開記者會發表集結18鄉鎮食材的12道晚宴佳餚，縣長翁章梁也示範阿中部長來嘉穿搭，頭戴溪口天赦手編竹帽「時中帽」，身穿首度曝光的「Q 」T恤，整體走休閒風，讓阿中部長可以悠閒優雅地來嘉義體驗放鬆。
為迎接衛福部長陳時中來到嘉義縣，縣府做足準備，穿搭風格4日亮相，由縣長翁章梁先穿戴好做示範，頭上戴的是向溪口鄉天赦竹編發展協會訂製的紳士帽，取名「時中帽」，到時將送給阿中部長；衣服則會穿上代表嘉義的「Q 」T恤。
翁章梁介紹說，「Q代表嘉義縣民身份證字號開頭，也是嘉義人共同的DNA」，Q象徵嘉義人民及農產品的高品質（Quality），T恤設計上，出現嘉義農特產品與知名觀光景點，包括阿里山高山茶、小火車、故宮南院、高跟鞋教堂、太平雲梯。
「時中帽」加「Q 」T恤正是部長陳時中來嘉義的穿搭，整體走休閒風，翁章梁表示，希望阿中部長能輕鬆優雅地暢遊嘉義縣。
而嘉義縣物產豐饒，用縣內18鄉鎮巿食材精心烹煮的12道色香味俱全的佳餚，將在5日晚宴端上桌，翁章梁特別提到，嘉義極光哈密瓜，在台灣熱銷，市場上「一瓜難求」，5日將擺上餐桌，讓陳時中品嘗嘉義的甜蜜滋味；還有占全台產量80%的鹿草黃秋葵及番路柿餅等食材，都將讓陳時中及防疫團隊好好品嚐。
記者會中，翁章梁亦宣布「Q嘉義」粉絲專頁（fb.me/Q.CHIAYI）成立，主要推動「Q嘉義 Cue嘉義」概念，歡迎身份證字號開頭是Q的民眾加入，按讚並追蹤，透過手機掌握最新的嘉義事；陳時中來嘉義縣的動態也會在粉專中與大家分享，歡迎追蹤。
