國內新冠肺炎疫情趨於緩和，全民喜迎「防疫新生活」，防疫其間養成的戴口罩、勤洗手、消毒的好習慣，讓各式傳染病傳染率降低，吳鳳科技大學與宣信國小合作，由科大幼保系學生傳授自編洗手舞給國小幼兒園學童，也邀請學童阿公阿嬤一起學，讓潔手習慣融入社區與家庭，好讓夏天好發於幼兒的腸病毒遠離自家寶貝。
響應「防疫新生活運動」，6月12日吳鳳科技大學與嘉義市宣信國小共同舉辦「愛隨行、手潔淨-老幼共融、與健康共舞」記者會，宣信附幼榮獲嘉義市第一名的學童以逗趣的答喙鼓活潑開場；緊接著科大幼保系女學生，帶來自編的洗手舞，先以分解動作教導現場來賓及參加的27對祖孫們，大、小朋友暖身學習後，跟著音樂律動起來。
徹底清潔手部的過程，都融入在洗手舞的動作裡，有趣又好記，希望家長和學童都能養成勤洗手的好習慣；另外，科大幼保系師生還自製方便攜帶的手部用清潔棒、乾洗手凝露，贈送給幼兒園幼童及長輩們。
吳鳳科大幼兒保育系暨計畫主持人賴媛姬主任表示，此次贈送給幼兒園的防疫小物，都是由學生發想設計，手部清潔棒方便攜帶，幼兒隨時洗手更方便；洗手舞也是學生自編，用簡單律動的方式讓幼童記得洗手的步驟，並希望小童把洗手衛生觀念帶回家，跟病毒說再見。
吳鳳科大校長蔡宏榮指出，該校申請教育部大學社會責任實踐計畫，與嘉義市宣信國小合作推動「幼見幸福嘉園-嘉義非營利性幼兒園的代間共融方案」，有感於國內COVID-19新冠狀病毒疫情趨緩，在「鬆綁不鬆懈」概念下，仍鼓勵多洗手、洗好手，除對抗病毒外，更對腸病毒防範有幫助，保障幼兒健康。
