因應防疫、桃園市政府社會局結合財團法人信誼基金會及P&G寶僑家品股份有限公司聯合捐贈GoodStart~幼兒成長起點禮盒2000件。桃園市政府特別在109年6月11日下午於市政府舉辦捐贈儀式、特別由高安邦副市長贈予感謝牌表彰捐贈者的善舉，本次物資受惠對象為桃園市1到4歲弱勢幼兒，包含本市早療需求幼兒、寄養及安置幼兒、新住民家庭、未成年懷孕家庭及兒少發展帳戶開戶家庭等。
信誼基金會董事長張杏如表示、0~6歲是奠定孩子學習和發展能力最重要的時期。GoodStart 好好開始~幼兒成長起點禮盒精選了1到4歲教玩具，不僅包含易於親子互動的繪本、玩具，還囊括了建立衛生好習慣的乾洗手液、牙刷、拉拉褲等。雖然因應防疫較少外出公共場所，但透過禮盒中適齡教玩具共讀共玩，除促進兒童學習與發展外，也增加親子間正向互動經驗。
信誼基金會40餘年來致力兒童早期教育，這次針對疫情也特別編訂《Good Start好好開始〜掌握幼兒成長起點》教養手冊和專屬活動網站，幫助照顧者掌握教養的核心和親子互動的訣竅。
P&G寶僑家品副總經理梁斯怡表示、儘管疫情相對穩定，但許多室內學習資源仍有管制，因此特別參與信誼這項公益捐贈，讓弱勢幼兒的學習發展不受限。
副市長高安邦表示、社會資源係政府照顧弱勢民眾的重要挹注，集結企業善心義舉來協助弱勢族群取得更多資源，感謝財團法人信誼基金會及P&G寶僑家品股份有限公司共同公益捐贈，呼籲企業及民眾一起響應公益，共同關心弱勢兒少的需要，打造桃園幸福城市。
