「老廣精緻港點專賣店」由朱忠義總經理號召四位經歷米其林餐飲的廚師群進駐高雄,從食材挑選到烹調,帶給您最道地的好滋味,專賣港點、燒臘滷水、粥飯麵港式傳統美食,6/16試營運。來到「老廣」必嚐廣東四大名點「燒賣、蝦餃、瑤柱珍珠雞、蘿蔔糕」。不同於傳統的「瑤柱珍珠雞」,特意將長糯米與肝腸混合拌勻,讓每一口米粒皆能入味,糯米口感軟糯且有濃濃的荷葉香。除廣東四大名點外,每日限量「老廣片皮鴨二吃」採用宜蘭櫻桃鴨,肉質細嫩、油脂均勻分佈,經火烤後皮脆且肥而不膩,烤鴨麵皮也隨當季蔬食手工揉捏至細緻光滑。
南部鮮少品嚐到真正道地的港式煲仔飯,老廣「臘味煲仔飯」不僅能吃到米飯鮮甜,還有獨特的鍋巴香,口味上也增添許多新選擇,如「臘味北菇滑雞飯」。而生滾粥亦是廣州傳統粥品之一,粥品基底由三款不同品種的生米組成,熬煮兩個半小時,達到米水交融,米粒融化在水中使得粥品新鮮綿滑,同時保有食材的鮮甜,看似平凡卻考驗著廚師的功力。
餐後「招牌港式甜品」有別於傳統市售的「楊枝甘露」,老廣嚴選新鮮芒果與葡萄柚,飽滿果肉纖維多汁有料,絕對是沁涼解熱的消暑聖品。想補充膠原蛋白的女性,「雪耳桂圓露」也是不錯的選擇,有滋陰補腎、潤肺生津等效果。
