端午佳節將至，金門縣縣議會洪允典議長特於本（16）日上午，至第九岸巡隊進行勞軍活動，慰勉全體官兵辛勞，現場洋溢軍民一家親的溫馨氣氛。
近年面對非洲豬瘟及2019新型冠狀病毒等疫情，第九岸巡隊透過嚴謹安全檢查及防疫作為，確保我國海岸線無破口，自非洲豬瘟疫情爆發以來，金門海岸地區共計發現46起47例海漂流豬隻屍體，經檢驗其中計12起呈陽性反應，積極防堵疫情蔓延，有效確保畜牧產業的永續發展；洪議長特別感謝第九岸巡隊全體同仁，日夜辛勞的維護海域及海岸治安，並戮力投入於查緝走私、偷渡、打擊犯罪、救生救難及為民服務各項工作，維護金門地區民眾的生命、財產安全，因此，特別選在端節前夕率團慰勞官兵辛勞，為海巡弟兄加油打氣，預祝同仁佳節快樂。
第九岸巡隊表示:鑒於端節前夕民生物資及農漁產品需求量大增，為防止走私行為影響當地治安與百姓安全，更加強巡邏作為及密度，以達杜絕宵小、淨化海域及岸港安全之目標，使鄉民愉快安心渡過佳節，也籲請民眾如有發現任何非法情事或為民服務事件，均可撥打海巡署「118」服務專線，海巡將竭誠為您服務。
