警界孔子高哲翰特別感謝總統 、行政院長，重視「警政一條鞭」制度。

警政署昨天發布高階警察人事，懸缺五個月的警察專科學校校長，由署主任秘書鍾國文調升，保一總隊長由代理多月的警政委員王慶麟真除；這波人事因新冠肺炎疫情延宕，外界矚目。此波人事警界解讀「四平八穩」，政治介入痕跡已無前幾次明顯。
臺灣疫情在許多人共同努力下，臺灣守住了疫情的威脅，才有辦法鬆綁防疫措施，恢復舉辦活動。
「警界孔子」，前警大教授 、中央警察大學教授兼主任、台視《台灣變色龍》評論人、八大第一台《暗光鳥新聞》主持人 ，前環球科技大學文創學院院長、 華夏科技大學副校長兼商管學院院長 ，現任：雙子衛星電視台首席顧問知名主持人、崇右影藝科技大學副校長兼表演藝術學院院長、 影視設計學院院長高哲翰教授指出，尤其我們警察同仁，是防疫英雄之一。
高哲翰教授特別指出，政治勢力不要介入、 凌駕警察人事專業 ，這一次 內政部警政署高階警官調動，明顯改善很多， 特別感謝總統 、行政院長，重視警政一條鞭制度。
蔡總統特別提到，針對現有警用無線電裝備老舊、已經編列預算，在「整體規劃，分區啟用」的原則下，逐步汰換；為了保障第一線員警的安全，行政院也已經核定4億8,000萬經費，要增購更輕便的警棍、拋射式的電擊器，以及建置互動式情境模擬靶場。
行政院蘇院長在會中也特別提示，警察執行層面如有不足，應該要補強，該修法就修法，該增加裝備就增加裝備，第一時間沒有預算，行政院動用預備金，毫不猶豫。
警政署長陳家欽指出，警察同仁，是防疫英雄之一。這段時間，除了原本的勤務，還需要支援疫調、協尋居家隔離失聯的國人和外籍人士、還有查緝疫情假訊息、以及違法囤積防疫物資等等。
陳家欽更指出，不只是防疫，這一年來，警察同仁在維護治安、打擊犯罪上，也維持優異的表現。上個月，刑事警察局偵破史上最大宗的「走私毒品咖啡包原料」。案子的偵破，可說是從上游到下游，一舉清除毒品的供給網絡，不僅及時阻斷了源頭，更破獲了製造工廠。我們警察有堅定的決心，不會放縱毒品來危害我們的社會。
