桃園市長鄭文燦今（22）日上午前往桃園市綜合會議廳，出席「2020拉拉山水蜜桃行銷記者會」。鄭市長說，拉拉山水蜜桃別具風味，不但口感甜蜜多汁，香味也很濃郁，特別受到消費者肯定。由於市面上有許多仿冒品混充，正宗的拉拉山水蜜桃以泰雅族紋面標誌作為生產履歷，採購時需認明「果皮表面有細緻絨毛」、「底部渾圓」與「柄部有溝」這3大特徵，才是正宗的拉拉山水蜜桃。每年6至8月是水蜜桃盛產期，喜愛水蜜桃的民眾到可透過團購、電話或網路方式訂購，或到原產地向農民購買，直接品嚐美味可口的拉拉山水蜜桃。
鄭市長表示，桃園是水蜜桃的重要產區，生產面積約240公頃，復興區拉拉山擁有得天獨厚的地理環境，種植的拉拉山水蜜桃是最好的水果，也是泰雅媽媽們辛勞的成果。無論是媽媽桃或拉拉山水蜜桃，市府皆朝向精品化發展，提高品牌價值及市場行銷力道；農會也提供各項栽培技術講習及田間觀摩，開發各種水蜜桃產品，包括水果酒、水果醋及面膜等，把水蜜桃的產值最大化。
鄭市長指出，除了好吃的拉拉山水蜜桃，復興區也是旅遊盛地，沿線有有蝙蝠洞、小烏來天空步道、角板山行館、義興吊橋、神木區、巴陵鐵塔、巴陵古道等觀光資源，歡迎民眾到原產地向農民直接購買優質水蜜桃，也順道至復興區豐富的觀光景點遊玩。
