南投縣政府警察局22日舉行卸、新任局長交接典禮，縣長林明溱親臨主持及監誓，內政部警政署副署長黃宗仁則擔任監交，林縣長感謝榮升新北市警局主任祕書的卸任局長陳木樹，過去兩年多對南投縣治安交通維護的重大貢獻，也期許曾任副局長的新任局長呂新財，重返南投繼續創新進步，結合整體縣府團隊共同做好全縣的治安交通及為民服務工作。
交接典禮貴賓雲集，包括立委馬文君、臺灣南投地方法院院長黃俊明、臺灣南投地方檢察署檢察長張曉雯、法務部矯正署南投看守所所長杜聰典、縣議會秘書長陳國忠及簡賜勝、蔡孟娥、張嘉哲、曾振炎、洪明科等縣議員、南投市長宋懷琳、草屯鎮長簡景賢、南投縣警察之友會理事長簡崇吉都到場共襄盛舉。
林縣長指出，新任局長呂新財曾當過副局長，學經歷完整，這次從保安警察第六總隊副總隊長室副總隊長調回南投升局長，一定能駕輕就熟，特別是優先達成警政署將毒品趕出校園的重點工作，也一定能像陳木樹局長任內屢次在最短時間內偵破重大刑案，有效打擊犯罪讓縣民對警察維護治安的信心十足，像最近最動的雙龍瀑布七彩吊橋吸引大批觀光人潮，員警維持交通的壓力倍增，卻表現得令人刮目相看，希望呂局長能給予辛苦努力的員警最大獎勵，如果資源不夠，縣長也會優先補助。
身兼南投縣義警大隊長的立委馬文君指出，這次卸、新任局長陳木樹、呂新財能力深受各級長官的肯定，職務歷練也相當豐富，希望新到任的呂局長能迅速掌握地方的治安狀況，多傾聽基層同仁心聲，相信包括在內的縣內各級民意代表及眾多縣民大眾，都會成為冒險打擊犯罪辛苦為民服務的縣警局所有員警的最大支持力量。
