財政部關務署高雄關6/22查獲1只轉口未稅菸品櫃，總計私菸1千箱（50萬包），市價逾3千萬元。
高雄關表示，這次查獲未稅菸品，係查緝關員運用風險管理機制，經大數據分析過濾高風險標的，而發現自越南卡萊港起運卸存高雄港預定轉運至美國洛杉磯港，申報貨名為「CEMENT POTS」之1只40呎轉口貨櫃甚為可疑，即予鎖定並在高雄港碼頭卸船時隨即開櫃查核，結果發現來貨為滿櫃「EAGLE」牌等未稅菸品，核與提單及艙單申報不符，違反海關緝私條例及菸酒管理法等相關規定，依法當場予以查扣。
高雄關提及，海關為確保國家稅收及國人健康，並遏止私梟利用各種管道偽裝、矇混以逃漏菸品稅捐販售牟利，對於私、劣、偽菸品一向列為查緝重點，將持續精進防範走私作為，以杜不法。呼籲民眾勇於檢舉不法走私行為，免費檢舉走私專線0800-711117。

After I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and
from now on every time a comment is added I get 4 emails
