桃園市政府副秘書長何明光6月19日傍晚前往平鎮區新勢公園天幕籃球場，出席「霹靂布袋戲—奇人密碼古羅布之謎」電影客語版放映會時表示，市府客家局、桃園市客家文化基金會與大霹靂整合行銷有限公司異業合作，將霹靂系列中的創新布袋戲電影「奇人密碼：古羅布之謎」，以客語四縣腔及詔安腔進行配音，保留電影原創精神，成為台灣首創，亦規劃陸續於桃園各區巡迴放映，盼以台灣傳統布袋戲藝術宣傳客家文化和語言，展現客語多元化、生活化面貌，讓市民朋友輕鬆學客語，提升客語文化普及度。
何副秘書長指出，台灣的客語主要分為四縣、海陸、大埔、饒平及詔安（四海大平安）等五種腔調，這次為配合電影劇中特殊族群-羅布族，特別以最多人數使用之客語四縣腔及與羅布族語相近的詔安腔進行配音，以保持電影原創精神，也能推廣客語腔調文化。今日電影放映會暖場前，更邀請操偶師操演霹靂布袋戲戲偶，結合現場動畫視覺特效和燈光設計，重現劇中奇幻的精彩橋段，讓現場觀眾有身臨其境之感。
