南投縣政府為增進全縣174所國中、小學家庭教育種子教師的專業能力，於13鄉鎮市成立7個家庭教育工作站，30日在千秋國小辦理南投中寮區親職教育種子教師培訓，有43所國、中小學教師或輔導主任共53人參加，縣府教育處處長陸正威、縣議員賴燕雪、張嘉哲、家庭教育中心主任呂建蒼等人出席支持這項培訓活動。
陸處長致詞時感謝老師平時在學校辛勞付出，希望能透過今天理論與討論的互動學習課程，不斷自我成長，一起為學區內家長及學童的家庭幸福來努力，這次教育部將親職教育納入十二年國教的課程融入，可見其重要性是被關注的，孩子發生問題時，第一個解決溝通管道在家庭，父母的角色因此顯得格外特別重要，希望透過種子教師研習課程，能吸收更多新的觀念，扮演學校、親子之間的橋樑，促進更好的親子溝通。
兩位議員也都表示親子之間的良好溝通，是教育的核心，更是親職教育的基礎，很肯定也支持縣府願意辦理這種互動交流模式的課程，能幫助老師在教育現場能夠有更充分有力的發揮，相信老師們回到學校之後，透過分享、回饋，讓我們的教育理論基礎更茁壯。
呂主任則指出，縣府自107年起開始設置學校家庭教育工作站，規劃多元學習課程，提供家庭教育活動，今年依照教育部12年國教家庭教育議題，結合在地文化融入課程，透過跨校合作的機制，以工作站為核心，進行目標家庭的社區資源盤整與推展家庭教育活動。共有規畫7個場次的12年國教家庭教育議題的理論運用與實務對話工作坊，目前已辦理3個場次，期望透過對教師的專業培訓，帶回到學校讓親職活動能有更活潑、更有效益的推動。
今年培訓課程以心靈牌卡運用為主題，以關懷家長為起點，強化家庭功能為目標，協助父母扮演適當親職角色，工作站的成員有炎峰國小校長陳恒聰、國姓國中校長林家如、千秋國小校長陳秀玲、愛國國小校長童新景、新興國小校長許秀勳、法治國小校長周詠菡、桃源國小校長林慧錚、竹山國小校長鄒庚辛以及張月玲、張麗芳、洪碧伶、梁靜如、羅春米等退休校長。
