暑假將至為鼓勵偏鄉學子積極進取、努力向學，主辦與承辦單位桃園市立德國際同濟會、首席獅子會鐵工盛企業社 胡家豪 獅子會會兄們 秉持感恩回饋的精神、熱心參與公益，設置獎學金，提供桃園市復興鄉住民、家境清寒之獎助學金，讓學生獲得成就感，亦可收見賢思齊之效。
主辦與承辦單位說 : 人生不要求圓滿，留個缺口讓幸福流給別人。
一步一腳印以實際來深耕教育方式，在復興區區民心中埋下學習種子，灌溉，讓花朵開出，綻放之中。
