【記者湯皓宇/台南採訪報導】台南和順工業區廠商協進會第六屆理監事六日改選，由現任理事長陳文祥連任。陳文祥表示，十分感謝多數廠商代表的肯定與支持，未來將扮演好市府與和順工業區的溝通橋梁，提供更多元優質的服務。
九十四年籌組和順工業區廠商協進會，九十五年立案成立，九十六年起由東陽實業董事長特助吳金寶擔任第一屆、第二屆理事長；陳文祥連任兩屆副理事長，一００年備受推崇接任第三屆理事長，當年只有三十六歲，為當時全國最年輕的工業區廠協會理事長，之後續任第四屆理事長。和順工業區廠商協進會於一０五年修改組織章程，理事長職務從兩年變更為四年，改組後由陳文祥獲選第五屆理事長。第六屆理監事改選，由現任理事長陳文祥連任。和順工業區廠協會第六屆理監事名單，榮譽理事長吳金寶，理事長陳文祥，常務理事陳宏和、陳品憲、李漢坤、翁育睿，理事黃丁助、謝慶騰、陳韋志、蕭南利、陳柏勳、楊國棟、劉東益、吳國棟、張碩麟、黃國鐘；常務監事柯進龍，監事梁江海、王琮達、林榮發、戴光遠。
陳文祥拓展自家工廠業務，更以工業區為家，2位理事長14年來爭取中央及市府經費改善工業區內排水、道路及路燈照明等工程，更爭取興設和順工業區服務中心，讓和順工業區廠商協進會終於有一個「家」，提供工商業務諮詢、ｉ郵箱、郵政代辦所及調解等多元服務。
面對這波武漢肺炎疫情，口罩需求量大增，台南市一些工業區廠商在作業中必須配戴口罩，曾面臨買不到口罩的窘況。陳文祥為了改善工業區「口罩」、「酒精」、「額溫槍」等防疫問題，四處奔波，協助廠商渡過防疫物資缺乏的難關。
