中華弟子規孝親獎邀挑大師再發弟子規宴端正社會風氣

千秋問一餐,萬世論一膳, 中華弟子規行善關懷協會, 假南投縣草屯規矩園,舉辦第二屆孝親獎頒獎典禮, 理事長王添泉秘書長溫淑緣, 提倡孝道,把規矩找回來,特別再邀請美食界的愛迪生,智慧食材之父挑大師, 再赴南投規矩園, 以弟子規為主題,主辦弟子規宴。 挑大師以弟子規、聖人訓、首孝悌、次謹信、汎愛眾、而親仁為主軸, 並納入尊師重道、飲水思源、夫唱婦隨、兄友弟恭,共開出10道弟子規宴菜單。 5月18日南投弟子規宴菜單,一、尊師重道肉鮑中,二、眾望所鮭弟子規,三、 愛與包容聖人訓,四、 含苞待放泛眾愛,五、 兄友弟恭甜蜜串,六、 幸福包雞首孝悌,七、 啖韓國魚次謹信,八、 大智若芋而親仁,九、 飲水思源旺寶萊,十、夫唱婦隨消暑氣。 凡進我門者皆王侯將相,凡出我門者皆老饕食神, 弟子規宴美食的2.0, 力倡用餐位上個人份,每人一個座位,各一張菜單,顯示對賓客的禮遇與尊重。

用餐者坐姿端正, 用餐時不言語,不嘻皮笑臉,同桌長輩或桌長說開動才動筷, 並請長輩或較年長者先用餐, 長幼有序,並舉杯問侯長者及祝福,再行用餐。 弟子規宴的目的,從宴席中領略改善社會風氣,端正倫理道德綱常精神, 啟動人生節儉、包容、謙恭、有禮的社會。

挑大師從傳統飲食中,蛻變食材結構發明,從一口一吃,進化到一口兩吃、一口三吃的絕妙飲食世界。 使用在地食材豬肉、雞肉、鳳梨、苦瓜、杏鮑菇、筊白筍、芋頭、南瓜、金桔、仙草、虱目魚、草蝦、火龍果花等, 推廣普及在地農漁產, 康熙健康公司總經理林品陞,更提供了藥膳排骨湯頭、肉骨茶湯頭,純中藥材入味,香氣撲鼻迷漫了整個宴席中。 美食文明、美食文創、美食文化、美食藝文,融入了現代弟子規美食的故事當中!
