【琉球鄉自然人文生態觀光協會】今年度與屏東縣府環保局合作行銷推廣琉行杯，也洞悉到離島麻花捲、香腸..等特產店，塑膠袋的使用量相當大，因此也輔導在地19家特產店響應不免費提供塑膠購物袋，而為讓遊客購物方便，也設計具在地特色的文創環保購物袋，提供遊客購買。購物袋上印有小琉球3個字，加上琉行杯文創LOGO，有海龜及小琉球當地地標之一的花瓶岩，8月推出，深受遊客喜愛，也有賴配合活動的特產店大力向遊客宣導，在短短的10天已賣出1000個，更有遊客當成紀念品1次購買10個小琉球限定在地特色文創環保購物袋。
屏東縣【琉球鄉自然人文生態觀光協會】陳文玉理事長表示，文創購物袋減少塑膠袋的使用量，協會大量製作文創環保袋成本低，特產店以成本價售出，也較市面上販售價格便宜，更印上小琉球3字與琉行杯文創LOGO，遊客覺得超值，特產店老闆覺得推行在地特色環保購物袋，大幅提升店家形象，讓推動小琉球不塑之島行動又往前邁一步。
陳文玉理事長提及，小琉球島上玻璃酒瓶相當多，鄉公所每年都要以船運方式運送回本島，成本相當高，因此呼籲遊客來小琉球玩，不選用玻璃瓶裝酒，可選鋁罐裝的酒，也是為小琉球環境盡份心力。陳理事長以個人創作金飾與神明帽冠技術，運用在玻璃酒瓶文創藝術，再透過淨灘活動做為獎勵品，短期間內讓小島酒瓶不再流浪。
