「要比誰更愛誰，不要比誰更怕誰」將一句句靜思語以相聲型態來呈現，讓好話更加活潑地深入人心，8月15日，基隆慈濟靜思堂舉行七月吉祥孝親感恩會，邀約基隆鄉親一起來參與。
鑒於臺灣新冠肺炎疫情仍是緊繃，慈濟志工們以最高防疫規格來準備此次吉祥月感恩會活動，落實入場手部酒精消毒、量額溫、戴口罩，也要請參與人員一一留下聯絡方式，讓參與鄉親安心度過活動的這一段時光。
慈濟基金會表示，今年基隆場次的七月吉祥月孝親感恩會，活動內容除了志工準備了靜思語相聲、燃燒吧蔬菜活力帶動、手語外，也邀約厝邊頭尾鄉親一起來呈現，靜思堂好鄰居-六合里就帶來柔力球表演，靜思堂每週二樂齡學堂的長者們則是帶來不老歌的手語表演，展現長者的活力，還有四維里的二胡、薩克斯風演奏，以及微風陶笛帶來多首耳熟能詳的歌曲演奏，讓大家一飽耳福。
證嚴法師表示，面對這波冠狀病毒，惟有人人虔誠、愛護動物，盡量可以不吃，換得身體健康，假如越多人茹素，就可以保護越多生命。七月普度真義就是救倒懸，推善容易、推素難， 行善就是造福，才能消弭災難。
