海洋委員會海洋保育署(海保署)8/17舉辦「臺灣鯨讚」海洋廉政繪本新書發表會，海洋保育署黃向文署長邀請海委會蔡清標副主委、法務部廉政署鄭銘謙署長、陳榮周副署長、海洋生物博物館陳啟祥館長及陳德豪副館長、國立自然科學博物館黃文山副館長及海洋科技博物館代表施彤煒等貴賓到場共襄盛舉。
「臺灣鯨讚」是海委會海保署與法務部廉政署聯名出版的第二本海洋廉政繪本。作者為海保署政風室主任楊婉怡、繪者為熱愛鯨豚的范涵蘊(ㄈㄈ)，以臺灣鯨豚為主角，以深入淺出富有童趣的故事內容帶民眾認識公職人員利益迴避、鯨豚保育、海廢再利用、水下噪音等與海洋保育及廉潔誠信相關的議題。由海保署黃向文署長、自然科學博物館助理研究員姚秋如博士以及法務部南部地區調查組黃元冠組長審稿，力求海洋保育及法律宣導內容之正確。
