南投縣水里鄉上安社區發展協會今（109）年推動臺大實驗林管理處計畫，希望針對有著豐富自然及人文風情的上安社區居民，對於生活環境認知建立屬於上安社區的「聲景地圖」，讓社區居民不再以最常使用的「視覺」去看社區，而是提升以「聽覺」感知社區的體驗，不僅強化對環境的認識，更有助於建構特地場域的歷史記憶。
以串連社區觀光景點，發展不同的深度體驗形式。由於上安社區擁有許多休閒農場、餐廳、民宿，但卻各自發展，故希望透過統一指示標的方式，創造出旅遊路線，整合社區的觀光資源，建構成完整的農產品的產業鏈及週邊產業。
加強郡坑國小之食農教育基礎以及村民對生態環境的重視。
透過實際操作教導學生認識並且信任社區內農產業，例如梅、茶、葡萄、香菇、水蜜桃、夏季蔬菜、甜柿、華盛頓臍橙等農產品。加上親子互動的課程建立符合環保、天然、科技、專業的二級加工產業供應鏈，將能有效幫助追求穩定且具備高附加價值農業共享經濟有自己的品牌則更能大放異彩。
發展不同的深度體驗形式。
過去的體驗旅遊遊程都以「視覺」為主，看風景、看人文特色建築等，我們希望創造出不同深度體驗形式，用「聽覺」來作為來到上安社區的主要體驗感官，加上上安社區擁有豐富的自然與人文資源，在社區走著都能蒐集到不同聲音，故希望以聽覺旅行為上安社區的特色旅程。
找出社區特色之定位。
上安社區經歷了桃芝颱風與其引發的嚴重土石流，災後的重建奠定了社區發展的雛型，但沒有一個整合方式，故希望透過體驗旅程、聲景地圖的統整建立後，可以找出屬於社區特色之定位。
培育社區導覽人才。
將上安社區成為社區固定對外社區體驗的旅遊路線，並培育社區居民為導覽員，不僅增加居民的工作機會外，也讓外地遊客可以感受到在地人說自己家鄉故事的親切感。
