「台灣青年來大陸工作也好、創業也好，一定要融入當地的生活，其實台灣與大陸勢必會有風俗習慣上的不適應，我也看過很多台灣老師來這邊沒多久就回去了，我覺得其實是自己一定要做一個調試，無論是心態還是其他方面的，既然我們來到這裡就要跟當地去做很好的融合，也正是如此我來大陸工作這麼多年，一直都覺得挺愉快的。」青島大學經濟學院特聘台灣教授、博士生導師蘇志偉博士在接受亞太通訊社等媒體採訪時說。

此外蘇志偉還提到自己在大陸這麼多年，也在其他城市生活過，每個城市都是從一開始的陌生、不適應到現在已經很快的適應各地的生活方式，對於他來說做到融入到當地的生活之後，會發現原來很多事情都可以變得簡單、便捷。同樣對於台灣青年、創業者來說也應是如此。
