台北市照顧生命協會在愛心大使也是前三鶯國際獅子會會長徐金菊和台灣照生會南部分會陳玉泉會長及中華照生黨董冠富黨主席率領黨代表蔣武雄及黨顧問李台生及數位黨員等，於日前特別遠從台北南下到台南與台南市陸軍專科學校常備士官班校友會，聯合在地四個公益團體單位，共同到台南市龍崎教養院做中秋節人道關懷，帶來白米，清潔用品，麵條，果醬等民生物資及日常用品，提前幫院內100多位院生過中秋節。
台灣照生會南部分會也帶了兩隻陪伴犬前來陪伴院生，院生看到狗狗，在院長的引導之下，親近的撫摸牠，很想做跟狗狗做朋友，形成一幅人與狗的溫馨畫面。
現場由中華照生黨副黨主席暨前南區後備指揮部副指揮官易乃文，代表照生聯盟接受院方院長頒贈感謝狀。
台南市龍崎教養院係由臺南市政府籌建，委託財團法人高雄市私立典寶社會福利慈善事業基金會民間經營之龍崎教養院，該院是以提供身心障礙者之養護服務照顧，並訓練其生活自理能力，授予簡易技能訓練，維護其人格與尊嚴，提升生活素質，紓解家庭長期照顧之壓力，使家屬能充分就業改善其家庭生活，落實市府推展身心障礙福利政策。
根據了解，該院核定容納116人，目前院內數有104人，服務類型有精神障礙、視障、智障、多重障礙、肢體障礙等，早期教養院全收各種等級，目前都是以重度、極重度為主，少數舊服務對象有幾位輕度和中度。
在平時的日常生活中，有規畫生活作息表，含社區活動、生活教育、個別服務、終生學習等，高功能服務對象會給予提供簡易工作，並有獎勵鼓勵。
該院屬於教養照護，並無設立庇護工場，但是依照每位服務對象的功能差異性，不斷嘗試以高功能者，期望能夠給予從生活中學習工作技能，也評估每位院生，訓練投入職場學習的可行性，因該院離市區較為偏遠區，交通上比較困難。
照生聯盟執行長虎哥 (董冠富)表示：感謝長期捐助的項濤先生、項雷大德、朱大哥、黃金香肉乾的黃老板興霖實業五木拉麵、冠積公司楊月華女士、台南九天慈元宮、高雄大社無極慈母堂、中壢慈惠堂、神奇抹布蔡老闆等的協助，促成每一次關懷活動，順利進行，台北市照生會，會將募集到的物資分批送給需要的原住民、老人或其他需要的弱勢族群。
照生聯盟執行長虎哥 (董冠富)同時表示：歡迎民眾共襄盛舉，捐贈物資，也可以用捐款方式由協會統一低價採購，也可由民眾自行購買，再送至台北市文山區羅斯福路五段39台北市照顧生命協會，同時也可以捐三倍券及動滋券做公益，協會能力不足，能做的只有這樣，現場看到這群真正弱勢，希望大家把這個訊息傳出去，匯聚個人小小愛心成就無限溫暖助力。
中華照生黨不收政治獻金，不談政治顏色，只談照顧生命及作慈善弱勢關懷，期望能以「政黨力量」完成慈善夢想，希望民眾能夠供襄盛舉，共同幫助弱勢。
中華照生黨為擴大服務層面，也讓社會大眾了解，除了籌設各地服務處之外，同時設立牆面看板，讓個地民眾可以看到中華照生黨，進而能夠了解中華照生黨，可以共同來做慈善。
近日在中壢服務處近就有一處看板，地點在中壢區延平路上的壢景町公園裏，從中壢火車站出站後順著延平路往南，在中壢國小對面，中壢分局隔壁，矗立這片公園裏的盡頭，一棟公寓樓頂上，無論路過延平路，還是來到壢景町休憩，都可以看到，從白天到夜，伴隨著壢景町的風景，都可以明顯地看得到。
