立冬補元氣，社造展活力。臺中市政府文化局邀請民眾109年11月7日星期六上午10時30分至下午4時，相約西屯區夏綠地公園(市政北五路與惠中路一段路口)，一起參加「2020臺中市社區文化季—五顏六色 草地派對」。
活動包含七大展區，分別有「五顏六色主題展」、「阿勃勒黃限定展」、「欒樹紅活力舞台」、「麻芛綠大地學堂」、「木棉橘趣味競賽」、「芒花白草地市集」、「山櫻粉手作體驗」。
文化局張大春局長表示，109年度臺中市社區營造點、區公所、博物館及地方文化館超過100個單位的年度社造成果大會師，闖關換好禮，免費DIY活動、社區趣味競賽，社區活力表演，社區隱藏美食，吃喝玩樂一站滿足不僅補你脾胃，豐富的活動內容補充滿滿元氣。
活動場所夏綠地是最棒的大地學堂，活動當天社區志工化身說故事爸爸媽媽，透過創意互動向現場大小朋友講述臺中在地特色為主體的故事繪本，引導孩子對地方鄉土的認識與在地知識的學習。
另外，「我家也有壓箱寶」的活動喚起臺中市民的共同記憶，以建構「市民博物館」為目標，推廣在地蒐藏與在地觀點，讓市民參與書寫臺中文化的脈絡，一同建構特有的臺中文化。現場特別規劃展示市民壓箱寶的空間，透過文物展示與市民故事的介紹，傳達市民的點滴生活，也透過觀看別人家的壓箱寶，讓引起更多市民共鳴，連結彼此的臺中經驗。
