有鑑於全球武肺疫情造成經濟不景氣，相對於學校的弱勢家庭學生在就學上更相對困難，全球慈善皇后朱品臻攜手袁慧心愛心俠女於21日在綠光花園餐廳舉辦公益活動並捐贈獎助學金給桃園區建國國小及龍安國小各5萬元、另捐助2萬元助2位弱勢家庭急難救助金共計12萬正，桃園市議會議長邱奕勝親自到場給予勉勵並肯定活動為公益貢獻，愛變很大。
朱品臻表示，希望此次捐助獎助金活動能為弱勢孩子盡棉薄之力，助就學過程更給力，袁慧心表示這次聚餐做公益愛心活動最主要的目的邀請大家一起用愛來拼貼孩子的未來，助弱勢學子能贏在教育的平等翻轉未來。
建國國小林業泰校長表示，隨著桃園捷運建設日漸發展遷入人口與日俱增，班級數節節攀升，相對弱勢學生數也較他校來的多，雖然政府照顧的基本補助並未闕如，但感謝朱品臻及袁慧心捐贈5萬元助學金照顧建國國小，龍安國小校長收到這5萬元助學金也很感謝袁慧心女士及朱品臻女士，照亮弱勢學童的未來。
