【內埔農工】內農儀隊12/26參加臺南市議會「2020臺南市議長盃全國學生儀隊競賽」，與來自宜蘭、台北、桃園等全國24所學校隊伍較勁，雖然這支「偏鄉儀隊」創立至今僅近兩年時間，也是最年輕的參賽隊伍，但初生之犢不畏虎，靠著「原住民元素及槍法的融合展現」奪下【冠軍】。(【亞軍】臺中高工、【季軍】臺北市立協和祐德高中、【殿軍】臺南女中、【第五名】台南市港明高中、【第六名】台中市明道高中)

頒獎典禮上，【內埔農工】儀隊一年級陳宜萱被郭信良議長欽點上臺，郭議長表示，陳同學身高不到150公分，是全場選手中最嬌小的一位，槍枝的高度幾乎跟她一樣，但是陳同學居然能把這把槍發揮的這麼精湛，完全不輸給在場任何一位，這個精神感動了他，所以特別點她上臺，接受大家的鼓勵。
張世波校長表示，【內埔農工】一直以來都鼓勵學生參加多元活動，藉以培養學生自信心及多種專才，讓學業成就偏低的孩子能有舞台發揮，更可以透過學生之間良性競賽、交流及互動，讓學子有更深刻的體認，也同時帶動學習的成效，這次佳績也是全校師生共同的榮耀。
