文化局與長期致力於傳承保存與發揚原住民音樂及舞蹈戲劇的臺中市傑出演藝團隊「泰雅原舞工坊」合作，積極收集及錄製泰雅族部落共10首古謠，透過古謠傳唱，重現近乎失傳的泰雅古謠內涵與原音，文化局自即日起至110年1月10日於歷史建築林懋陽故居（一德洋樓）辦理成果展覽，歡迎民眾前往參觀。同時，也經由當地人吟唱傳承古謠的集體記憶，重新凝聚部落族人的文化認同，並將泰雅族的古謠錄製編輯成教材，讓更多人認識泰雅古謠。
文化局表示，此項成果係配合文化部推動「國家文化記憶庫計畫」，收錄了臺中市山、海、屯、城各類主題，包含多元族群、產業及建築、社造運動、宗教信仰、文化資產等領域，所有成果併於歷史建築林懋陽故居展出，歡迎元旦連假期間前往欣賞（每週二、三休園）。
文化局表示，泰雅古謠漸漸式微體現了原住民族在部落歷史脈絡的文化處境，古謠是泰雅族的下一代學習傳統價值與尋根的重要媒介，對於泰雅族的歷史、文化藝術與族人探尋自我文化價值極具啟發作用。文化局也將成果編印成「傳唱泰雅古謠-田野文史傳承計畫」教材，盼望未來能推廣至學校及社區，讓更多學子能夠認識泰雅古謠及隱藏在旋律中的深厚文化底蘊。
泰雅原舞工坊團長黃雅玲表示，多年來為了文化深根及培育部落青年學子文化傳承計畫而努力，109年也積極收集及撰寫泰雅古謠教材、錄製影音資料，並利用田野調查、深度訪談等方式，讓泰雅古謠傳承有了系統性的教材，本次也特別邀請同是泰雅族瑞岩部落的陳雅綺老師將10首古謠翻譯成中文，透過泰雅族高清賢牧師及林淑娥老師教唱、搭配原住民舞蹈的巧思，使泰雅古謠的成果向下扎根。同時，109年也擔任文化局辦理國家文化記憶庫計畫的工作坊講師，並與和平區和平國中的古謠吟唱課程結合。
團長黃雅玲指出，這次採集的旋律已經在部落傳唱許久，年代通常不可考，協助本次計畫古謠採集的高清賢牧師及林淑娥老師於民國74年間為了教部落長者歌謠吟唱，將歌謠整理填詞，因為旋律輕快、歌詞好記，部落婦女便很快朗朗上口，並在部落傳唱，凝聚族人的情感，團結部落間的友好情誼，歌詞內容涵蓋了泰雅族的傳統精神與價值、努力工作、團結互助的精神、或是自我勉勵、安分守己、努力提升自己等積極正面的意涵。古謠的創作並非憑空創作，都是部落長輩世代傳承及保存的文化記憶，透過「臺中學-文化部推動國家文化記憶庫計畫」的收集、錄製，可以讓這些珍貴的無形文化資產被更多人聽聞及傳唱。更多詳細資料詳見臺中學數位典藏資料庫(https://data.digitalculture.tw/taichung/ )。
