自四川成都來台20多年的新住民吳治芳，2020年透過甄選進入活化成功的勝利星村，她以屏東市勝利星村建立美食平台，打造「想家的家」橘之花川菜館，2021年元旦隆重開幕；吳治芳把屏東農業大學學員所生產的農特產品與新住民朋友的手工產品，在「想家的家」展售，希望大家都能像她一樣，把屏東變成自己安居樂業的新故鄉。安泰醫院榮譽院長蘇清泉率團隊曾煜超、蘇珉賢、林育先到場祝賀開幕。

蘇清泉表示，吳治芳自1996年從四川遠嫁來屏東，礙於家裡並不富裕，又因法令定居8年內無工作證，只能在一些小餐館幫忙洗碗賺點零錢貼補家用，生完兩個小孩後，經濟壓力變大，於是和家人開了一間自助餐，希望能改善家中經濟，但礙於規定只能半年住台灣半年住大陸，八年中就帶著兩個小孩大陸台灣飛來飛去，自助餐也開開停停只好關門歇業，曾經窮到連飛機票都買不起，後來經過眷村伯伯資助，吳治芳開始從事川菜美食創意料理，她不斷摸索研究屏東當地食材及四川家鄉的辣椒等香辛料，做出正宗的四川菜。吳治芳「想家的家」川菜餐廳結合正宗的川味料理，讓顧客可以在日式建築裡享用中華料理，體驗歷史與美食。
吳治芳表示，用熱油及快炒逼出二荊條辣椒段甘鮮、亮紅、辣味和花椒粒的嗆味，透過梅納反應讓菜餚撲鼻濃郁的香味，就是比別人更夠味，於是她更鑽研創意手法烹調出濃鮮香的川菜美食：極品麻婆豆腐、川味辣子雞、香辣干鍋雞、嗆炒土豆絲、重慶小麵狠牛版、超蝦麻辣過橋米線、辣魅米血。「想家的家-橘之花川菜館」要用最有人情味及眷村味的川菜美食文化，將屏東故鄉的新家和四川成都老家在美好的時光中連結起來，讓全國民眾都能夠來到這個園區川菜餐廳裡，品嚐正宗川菜鮮香辣美食的同時，體驗台灣多元文化的活潑及日式歷史建築保存意義，深刻體驗日治時期飛官眷舍與國軍將領官舍的特殊眷村文化氣息。
