新生醫護管理專科學校設立「BIM顧客服務管理師-認證檢定中心」，並於2月5日隆重揭牌。設立檢定中心主要目的，主要為結合本校「服務濟世」理念，在於讓新生醫專同學與社會人士能就近於校內，學習專業服務品質管理與優質禮儀課程，取得「BIM®顧客服務管理師」證照，為台灣醫護產業、各服務產業…等，植入更佳服務競爭力。
新生醫專透過與興誠服務品質管理訓練機構及台灣服務禮儀品質管理協會，產學合作資源互相配合，導入「BIM®顧客服務管理師-認證課程」，此次揭牌代表有：新生醫專-校長 駱俊宏、實習輔導組 組長 陳嘉雯、產學合作組 組長 盧俊仲、推廣教育中心 主任 解慧君、電算中心 主任 羅盛宏、醫藥保健商務科 助理教授 林家妃、健康休閒管理科 主任 林芳珍、視光學科 主任 方維翎、美容造型科 主任 吳建興、口腔衛生學科 主任 涂曉培、吉康生活藥局 藥師 楊嘉慶、興誠服務品質管理訓練機構-董事長 徐丞敬、副總經理 洪靜逸、主任講師 黃潔茹、專員 陳佩宜…等眾多貴賓蒞臨揭牌。
駱校長表示，新生醫專雖為專科學校，但同學進入職場被企業重用與薪資甚至比大學畢業生還高，護理科畢業同學參加護理師執照考試通過率84%以上；全台目前唯一護理科學生可以赴美國醫學中心急重症單位實習也在新生醫專；幼兒保育科同學畢業後至幼稚園服務(教保員)，薪資可從3萬多元起薪，也比高職幼保科多；美容造型科同學，考取美容乙級證照更高達91.1%以上；全台眼科醫療院所300多家及桃園區400多家眼鏡公司也與視光科簽訂實習與就業合作；醫藥保健商務科，更是全台醫專唯一跨領域培育『醫藥保健與商務管理』之學科，與多家藥局及藥廠簽訂合作備忘錄，其中大樹連鎖藥局更協助該科設立校內模擬實習藥局，讓同學課程理論與實務應用並重。本校各科系皆以學生畢業即就業為課程設計主軸，發揚「博愛精神」、「服務濟世」理念，是新生醫專與新生人永續職志。
興誠服務品質管理訓練機構 徐丞敬 董事長也說，在品質競爭年代，企業提供良好產品品質已是基本功，積極提升服務品質才是硬道理。目前社會上相關「服務禮儀或服務品質管理」課程，多以心理層面為訴求，但卻忽略與顧客初次見面舉手投足實際『行為態度形象』關鍵建立，『BIM®顧客服務管理』課程，是一個可針對『行為運作』思考，又能談到心理層面的服務管理課程，理論與實務體驗並重，讓同學瞭解如何在與顧客接觸第一時刻，讓對方留下良好印象，創造客戶、企業與員工三贏局面。
目前「BIM顧客服務管理」課程也具備並取得『教育部全國技專校院校務基本資料庫』證照代碼，編號7097，在超過7000多家以上企業與政府單位講授，授課區域遍及台灣、大陸、香港、韓國、日本、新加坡，超過非常多企業單位表示，求職者若具備「BIM®顧客服務管理師」證照，將有優先面試或錄取機會。新生醫專與興誠服務管理訓練機構經營理念相同，雙方良善循環共同合作，相信同學能有愉快學習，企業聘用到更主動、倫理、恭敬、積極向上、有道德的優質學生，學生好即社會好、社會好即國家好。
