海洋委員會兒童節微電影「疫情隔絕不了的親情」，4/3於「海洋委員會FB」(https://www.facebook.com/2318252258239544/posts/3171165319614896/)登場，真實反映海巡人員在疫情肆虐下化小愛為大愛的辛勞，海洋委員會藉由此片傳達「最好的兒童節禮物就是給予孩子們安全健康的環境」，並呼籲民眾，疫情期間多多陪伴家人，減少不必要的群聚感染風險，共同創造幸福的家庭回憶。

海洋委員會表示，「疫情隔絕不了的親情」全片在屏東鹽埔安檢所拍攝，描述因應疫情來襲，海巡人員登檢船隻，落實邊境檢疫工作，卻因勤務繁忙而無法回家；孩子們在兒童節前夕特別到安檢所與許久未見的爸爸媽媽相聚，其中淚灑安檢所及深情相擁的片段都是素人演員們發自內心的真實情緒，在拍攝時也令人所有工作人員動容。海巡工作24小時全年無休，與家人聚少離多，近期更為了防杜非洲豬瘟與特殊嚴重傳染性肺炎，勤務更加繁重，不過，嚴峻的疫情隔絕不了親情，每個海巡同仁投身公務，背後都有家人最堅實的支持。
海洋委員會提及，為了給全臺灣的孩子們最安全、最健康的生活環境，海巡同仁化小愛為大愛，犧牲自己與家人相聚的時間，更加落實邊境檢疫及防疫工作，全力杜絕任何疫情破口，請大家多給予辛苦的海巡人員支持與鼓勵，也期盼民眾配合政府共同遵守相關防疫作為；兒童節最好的禮物，就是給孩子們最健康的環境，讓他們平安快樂地成長茁壯。
