由花蓮縣樂活旅遊發展協會主辦的觀光局人才產業培訓課程，自3月30日至5月12日，有民宿、旅行社、領隊、觀光產業共80多位學員，課程安排實用，學員非常認同讚賞，有：韓語課程、銀髮族服務技巧、數位影音編制、急救照護、管家服務接待、神秘客服務稽核、實務觀摩解說導覽…等等專業課程。
課程主辦花蓮縣樂活旅遊發展協會 黃秀梅 理事長表示：新冠肺炎疫情重創花蓮觀光產業，民宿、導遊、旅行社業者損失慘重，但非常感謝交通部適時給予幫助，此次協會積極聘請台灣休閒觀光、服務管理領域專家到花蓮來指導，透過專家們短期輔導培訓，讓與會學員有更不一樣收穫與成長，第一期課程即將結業，第二期課程即將開班，第一期來不及報名學員，要抓緊機會趕緊報名。
此次學員，也是高級車導業者的老闆 洪福祥表示：此次學員多以民宿、導遊自營業者為主，很感謝黃理事長精心挑選有成功實務績效與業界良好口碑的專家來分享，讓我們收穫豐富，其中一堂由 徐丞敬老師『CSI神秘客服務稽核課程』非常實用，一直以為神秘客就是對服務人員找碴，但 徐丞敬 老師教導的神秘客，是讓我們要能為企業做出經營管理分析，要看出內部服務管理背後問題，禁止當奧客。我經營的車導公司自詡服務很貼心，受到非常多遊客讚賞，收費雖然比其他業者高，但遊客更樂於旅程結束後再多給20%小費，徐丞敬 老師這『CSI神秘客服務稽核課程』，讓我更深入思考如何從服務系統化，做出更有效的管理與差異化創新服務。
