淮揚風味「黑蒜東坡鮑魚粽」 彩豐樓限量預購中

【南北傳媒新聞網/記者韋三元 湯皓宇/臺南採訪報導】隨著端午佳節腳步近了,應景過節,吃粽子成了「端午」必備美食,台南大員皇冠假日酒店彩豐樓推出「淮揚風味之黑蒜東坡鮑魚粽」,即日起開放預購至2020年6月21日止,每組兩顆入優惠680元限量販售中。

彩豐樓是IHG洲際酒店集團傾心打造的餐飲品牌新銳,自5月推出全新「彩豐十味之淮揚春色」菜單後深受饕客喜愛,尤其講求菜品配色、刀工與手藝的淮揚菜,更是中國傳統四大名菜之一。台南大員皇冠假日酒店為搶攻端午粽子商機,彩豐樓袁東海主廚今年特別把粽子融入淮揚菜的特點,推出「黑蒜東坡鮑魚粽」即日起開放預購至2020年6月21日止。每顆裹蒸粽380元約有355公克,兩顆入優惠價680元,限量販售,欲購從速。

彩豐樓主廚袁東海表示,特別將淮揚色「黑蒜東坡鮑魚」作為裹蒸粽內別具特色的餡料。選用肥瘦分明的三層肉、墨西哥糖心鮑魚及雲林的黑蒜,以淮揚菜的料理手法,完美結合所有食材的美味。黑蒜有消除疲勞、提高體力及超強的抗氧化功能,豬肉精心烹製後肥而不膩,糖心鮑魚在吸收紅燒肉精華後,更具鮮香入味。正統的粵式裹蒸粽口味偏重、米粒較軟爛,為了符合台南人的口味喜好,加以調整改良成為「台式裹蒸粽」,先將長糯米洗淨浸泡一晚後,先蒸40分鐘後加入蠔油、蔥酥油等調味,保有米粒的Q彈口感,再以荷葉夾著竹葉包裹豐富的內餡,有「黑蒜東坡鮑魚」以及茶花菇、干貝、栗子、鹹蛋黃、綠豆仁等,經過第二次蒸煮,讓米粒充分吸收餡料精華並融入荷葉與竹葉香,口感濃郁香醇、層次豐富。因為口味獨特、限量供應,請於3天前預訂,並依指定時間取貨。取貨時間為2020年6月1日至6月25日 每日11:00-14:30、17:30-20:30。大宗訂購另有優惠,以及宅配服務依配送地址費用另計。訂購專線:06- 512-1910彩豐樓
