3月24日，來自於中國安徽創牛智能科技發展集團有限公司總經理王敬敬先生，受欣峰控股集團邀請下，於台中金典酒店發表新媒體矩陣暨新機發表會，在眾多貴賓見證下，正式向國人介紹中國全新媒體矩陣百億商機與微信商城環球購正式啟動。
會上創牛集團總經理王敬敬先生表示，此次除了向國人發表新媒體矩陣近年之發展成果與佈局之外，還帶來創牛集團最新研發的全新型淨水設備，並且與欣峰控股集團深化合作共同發展大華中商用淨水市場，攜手合作邁向顛峰。
除了新機發表之外，欣峰更進一步發表微信商城，欣峰環球購將於4月15日全面引爆，欣峰控股執行長陳永樹先生表示：「本次欣峰環球購，籌備兩年，耗資仟萬，現在平台巳進入封測階段，並且將於今年4月15日正式啟動，成功帶領台灣與世界接軌，邁入共享新紀元。」
除此之外，欣峰不但成功拿下台灣區的授權代理外，更同時與安徽創牛集團簽訂華中七省安徽、江蘇、湖南、湖北、江西、浙江、四川省等合作代理權，大家都知道中國市場等同於世界市場，誰擁有了中國便擁有了全世界，本次成功拿下華中七省總代理權，華中七省為人口大省，人口約4.5億人，是全中國人口密度最高的地區，今年以佈區合肥為主，明年度將開始陸續佈局武漢、重慶、南京、杭州等一線人口大城，以點串線，帶動全面深化佈區，引爆巨大商機。
