近期國內新型冠狀病毒肺炎逐漸獲得控制，三峽區公所執行防疫工作不論居家檢疫或紓困作業皆深獲民眾高度肯定及鼓勵，區長陳文俊更期盼在不影響防疫情況下能與各位里鄰長面對面溝通，直接傳達後疫情時代的「防疫新生活」措施，同時希望透過座談會的方式能強化里鄰組織並建立良好的溝通管道，有效率地解決里民問題。
第一場次研習座談的參加里別為介壽里、礁溪里、中正里與安溪里，今天(5月30日)在4里市民活動中心所辦理。計有里鄰長共141位，出席率接近百分之百，座談會開始先由公所頒發績優鄰長感謝狀，藉此表揚及感激鄰長對於里內各項事務的犧牲與奉獻，會中各課室主管進行業務宣導，目的在協助里鄰長於為民服務工作時能更加熟悉事項並掌握狀況。現場發言相當踴躍，公所針對各項提問與疑難雜症亦皆逐一予以適當回應，讓參與的里鄰長們覺得穫益良多。
三峽區長陳文俊表示，里鄰長是最先接觸到民眾的第一線公務觸角，反映的都是里民最在意也最需要被解決的事情，透過座談會可聽到里鄰長反映最基層的聲音，可做得到儘快協助解決，不能做的也要清楚說明原因讓里民能充分了解。此外，透過案件列管與成立專案等方式將民眾問題逐一分類排序並加以解決，盡力滿足其需求。所以他上任後皆會安排時間，帶領公所同仁舉辦里鄰長服務知能研習及座談會，傾聽大家的聲音，強化里鄰基層服務的功能，啟動各課室相關業務宣導，方可釐清民眾對市政區務的疑惑，透過行動治理座談會面對面地溝通，走訪各里聽取基層聲音，即時回應並有效率地解決問題 ，讓民眾對公部門工作辦事能力有感。
三峽地區幅員遼闊，公所為了讓里鄰長免於舟車勞頓，特別依轄區地理位置，將參加研習人數、交通便利性與實名登記制、量額溫、噴酒精、保持社交距離等防疫因素納入考量，規劃分成五個場次，並擇該場次較合適之地點辦理里鄰長服務知能研習座談會，希望藉此提升里鄰長服務知能，且能深入瞭解民情解決民惑。
