新北市鶯歌青溪協會於5月22日晚間19:00，舉行第三屆第六次理監事聯席會議及第二季(4、5、6月份)會員及顧問慶生會，場面溫馨隆重，雖然防疫已漸漸開放，但仍在防疫期間內，因此進入會場均經過量測體溫，合於標準範圍之內，始得進入會場。
理監事聯席會議開始前，舉行慶生會，林理事長邀請現場出席之壽星，一起唱生日快樂歌、許願、接受祝福、切蛋糕，新北市議會林金結議員特別致贈紀念瓷盤、蘇泓欽議員特別致贈福壽雙全卷軸予陳錦源首席顧問，祝賀八十晉六壽誕，同時新北市議會林金結議員、洪佳君議員，致贈每位壽星高級禮品一份，林理事長代表協會贈送當天出席之壽星蛋糕，每人一份。
溫馨的慶生會結束之後，隨即召開第三屆第六次理監事聯席會議，日前因新型冠狀肺炎病毒疫情蔓延，導致協會年度之計畫延宕，此次會議為繼二月份會員大會以來，第一次召開理監事聯席會議。
會議中達成多項議案，計有1.敦聘會員張建明擔任協會副總幹事一職討論案2.新會員入會申請提請同意案、3.母親節活動討論追認案、4.因新型冠狀肺炎病毒蔓延，導致本年度工作計畫內之活動延宕，重新訂定年度工作計畫討論案、5.落實協會組織運作，將協會之會員含顧問編組討論案、6.成立評議委員會討論案等重大議案，均獲得在場全體理監事們的一致熱烈支持，並通過議案。
新北市議員洪佳君議員、林金結議員張茂珍秘書、鶯歌區周晉平區長、鶯歌區民眾服務社鄭曉強主任等，均出席本次會議，致詞祝福壽星生日快樂及理監事會議圓滿成功，新北市鶯歌青溪協會在第三屆林如章理事長的熱心推動下，會務活動辦得有聲有色，全心全意照顧會員，讓該協會之會員感受到青溪袍澤的溫情。
