一項由Yahoo購物中心所舉辦的公益活動「認購寵物飼料用品―毛孩不挨餓」，自109年5月1日起至5月31日止，陳列在雅虎奇摩購物中心公益賣場網站中，邀請民眾上網做公益，期間在指定賣場下單購買物資，Yahoo協助民眾捐贈，希望大家一起幫助流浪毛孩，讓牠們有一個溫暖的家，民眾下單之商品將作為物資，由Yahoo統一捐贈予社團法人台灣照顧生命協會。
雖然活動已結束，Yahoo網站所募集到的物資，目前已全數送達社團法人台灣
照顧生命協會，物資計有：狗飼料522包、貓飼料192包、狗罐頭85箱、貓砂57包，全部總重量大約11―15公噸，照生會執行長虎哥(董冠富)表示：感謝民眾熱烈的參與，也感謝Yahoo舉辦這項活動，目前送來的物資將透過照生食物銀行，分送給弱勢狗園的愛媽跟愛爸們。
雅虎奇摩購物中心經常不定期舉辦公益活動，長期以來，民眾踴躍響應，嘉惠很多團體單位，每次之活動都設定不同主題，公告在Yahoo公益網站中，接受民眾認購捐贈，活動結束後，將匯集之物資，送達受贈單位。
社團法人台灣照顧生命協會透過照生食物銀行的運作，定期開會審查弱勢狗園分送飼料的額度，除了捐助毛孩子貓狗糧外，還會視狀況再捐出罐頭、肉沫、木碳、貓砂等物資，甚至還會再視狀況捐出白米、麵條、衣物給弱勢狗園愛媽及愛爸；其次舉辦貓狗送養，幫這些毛寶貝們，找到一個愛牠而且溫暖的家；同時還有弱勢團體的人道關懷，照生食物銀行經常募集愛心物資送到各個弱勢團體，有老人院、教養院、偏鄉地區孩童關懷等。
照生食物銀行，顧名思義，就是要做到，只問毛孩子肚子、不問人的是非，做到能讓人感受到照生食物銀行的「溫度與熱度」，及公信度、公平性，照生食物銀行是由一個跨及各企業的代表所組成的，每一位委員用一人一票來決議是否捐贈受助案件，讓每一位捐助者能感受到安心、放心。
目前這些物資，暫放於台北市照生會辦公室，然而照生食物銀行蔣委員，在中部自費承租一個空間，作為照生食物銀行的糧食倉庫，因此希望能徵求愛心回頭車，用愛心公益價幫忙從台北市照生會，將此次受贈的物資，載運送到中部倉庫存放，以便陸續分送到各個弱勢狗園，意者可連絡照生食物銀行蔣先生，電話：0972-786-225。
