中華國際財經創意交流協會(SIBIA)6月28日於台北天成大飯店舉辦「第五屆感恩與傳承獎學金曁文學獎」頒獎典禮，百餘位國內外學者專家及學生等同聚一堂，今年的得獎人計有來自台灣兩岸的學、碩博士生等80名學生，他們均獲得中華財創協會所提供的各種獎勵與服務，包括獎金獎狀與餐敍聯誼等，在各界地方名士的見證下，活動順利圓滿完成。
第五屆的頒獎典禮席開19桌，兩岸及中外得獎同學達80人，佳賓雲集，這次較大的持色是導入了築筠文創團隊的協助，典禮中每個場次的報幕不僅切中議題，而且具有畫龍點睛之效，頒獎程序流暢，沒有冷場，為頒獎典禮的成功立下了重大基礎，所謂「台上一分鐘，台下十年功」，主持人的功力令人激賞。
另外，這次的頒獎典禮首次導入國寶級藝術家魏瑞蓉老師的共襄盛舉，魏老師現場揮毫出潤雅清秀、細潤飄逸的絲瓜繪畫秀，與呈現自然溫煦和樂的睡蓮女王萬維莎，構圖中的萬維莎在魏瑞蓉老師的筆下顯得栩栩如生，令人讚嘆不已的雅韻畫工，讓現場每個人都嘆為觀止紛紛來要求合照，現場揮毫與義賣活動，為大會的活力增色不少。
第五屆「感恩與傳承」活動具分十大類，除前三名外，另有設有感恩獎與傳承獎，本年度得獎者計有80人，較第四屆的47人增加約一倍，中華財創交流協會在108年底，發起感恩與傳承獎學金申請暨文學獎徵文活動，經由中華財創協會力求評審過程之公開、公平、公正原則，採用「盲審」方式；獎學金為複審制，且成績並非唯一選項，文學獎採三審制，唯難免仍有遺珠之憾，基於公平性考量，以各組之最高組數為基礎，凡申請人數未達其30%者，將酌予增減或調整獎項。
創辦人謝明瑞先生表示:回顧一下感恩與傳承的典禮過程，發現規劃的前置作業時間長達數月，但正式實施僅有四個小時，一如蟬聲悠揚，唯其從蟄伏到襌鳴費時數拾載，醒來只為六月的短暫蟬鳴，其間的心情轉折與百感交集，縈迴心頭。活動雖因疫情而展延三次，唯盛況優於往年，舉辦內容與過程亦漸入佳境，當然，若沒有各界人士的幫忙，就無法成就「感恩與傳承」的重大工程，真的十分感謝，這應是一次相對成功的感恩與傳承活動。
感謝魏瑞蓉舘長的支持，其臨場揮毫的功力與大家風範的端莊風彩，再次顯現「台灣魏瑞蓉」的媚力；感謝來自全國各地的佳賓蒞臨，恭喜來自兩岸及國際學生的得獎人，更感謝協會所有同仁的努力與支持，我們第六屆的「感恩與傳承」頒獎典禮再見！
