2020全中運[直排輪]賽事在潮州，為潮州鎮重要體育賽事，周品全鎮長為讓大眾藉此認識、感受潮州特有的熱情文化之重要途徑，特在賽前領隊會議中致贈直排輪選手、裁判、工作人員「潮集陽光百歲驛站」潮州火車站建站百年紀念一卡通，藉此讓各地的選手們在充滿競爭壓力的比賽之餘，也能放鬆心情欣賞潮州特有文化、品嚐特色美食。
周品全鎮長表示，【2020全中運在屏東】將有來自全國22縣市、1萬6千名選手教練參加，18項運動競賽從屏東市到恆春半島各鄉鎮競賽場進行，位處屏東縣中央的潮州鎮加上便捷的交通網，不論是觀賽或旅遊，皆是停留駐足的首選。透過文化觀光的交流方式，潮州鎮公所推出在地消費享受美食的當下，亦能兌換獨一無二「潮州火車站建站百年」紀念版一卡通，使其充分感受潮州特有的人情味，也帶回2020對潮州最美的回憶。
【潮州鎮公所】配合[直排輪]運動賽事的舉行，盡東道主之誼，特推出第三波一卡通兌換活動：
一、兌換方式：
1、全中運選手（非本地賽事選手）：持2張7~8月份潮州在地消費發票及選手證至園區服務台辦理兌換 (發票金額10元以上，各行各業皆需填個人資料)。
2、一般身份:持7月份潮州在地店家消費金額達1000元(含)以上之發票(可累積)，一人兌換一張(需填個人資料，請準備具有身分證字號之證件)
二、兌換地點：潮州日式歷史建築文化園區(潮州鎮延平路30號)。
開園時間：星期二〜星期日9:00-17:00(星期一及國定假日休園)
