受疫情影響，童玩節今年轉型為「2020宜蘭童玩星光樂園」，將於7月18日至8月30日，每天下午4點到晚上9點於冬山河親水公園推出，免票入園！縣長林姿妙今(16)日親自主持本縣流行疫情指揮中心，會議中縣長提醒縣府各團隊務必落實各項防疫措施，並歡迎全國民眾一起到好吃、好玩、好安全的宜蘭來旅行！
雖然這個學期被突如其來的疫情打亂了很多原本之規劃，但大家還是平安而健康的度過了。這個暑假，本縣有很多超人氣的熱門打卡景點，誠摯的邀請全國的大朋友、小朋友，在謹守防疫新生活運動的前提下來宜蘭旅行！旅遊的過程中請勤用肥皂洗手、保持社交距離、若無法保持社交距離時請全程正確配戴口罩、並且落實出入場所實名(聯)制。只要好好落實防疫行動，維持個人良好衛生習慣，暑假可以放鬆好好玩。
縣長林姿妙呼籲，疫情還沒完全消除前，民眾仍要持續保持個人良好衛生習慣，也請營業場所落實體溫量測及實名(聯)制等措施。如果出現發燒、呼吸道症狀、腹瀉或嗅、味覺異常時，應佩戴口罩儘速就醫，不要搭乘大眾運輸工具及前往其他公共場所。就醫時，請務必告知醫師旅遊史、職業別、接觸史及是否群聚(TOCC)，以供及時診斷通報。相關疫情資訊可參閱疾管署網站或運用line搜尋官方帳號「疾管家」、「@taiwancdc」可即時獲得防疫訊息，亦可撥打免付費防疫專線1922(或0800-001-922)、宜蘭縣政府衛生局防疫諮詢專線9357011諮詢。
