原民會原住民族文化發展中心(原文發中心)為培育原住民族文創及觀光行銷人才，拓展科技時代網路行銷方式，提升原鄉文化觀光品質及能量，7/23至7/25於台江國家公園辦理「109年度文化觀光產業人才培育課程【行銷點金術】」活動。
原文發中心簡明雄副主任表示，課程安排業界及學界講師針對「生態旅遊結合原鄉部落」、「原住民文創商品行銷」、「帶動地方發展」及「行銷通路拓展」等主題向學員進行主題演講及案例分享，計有全國各地觀光業者、民宿業者、文創業者、文史研究人員及政府機關人員參加。課程除有靜態的課室演講外，也帶領學員參訪台江國家公園，為避免學習流於紙上談兵，主辦單位更透過實際操作讓學員針對議題有深刻體驗，加深學習成效。
參與活動的學員表示，透過行銷人才培育課程了解到商品品質雖是首要條件，但如果缺少行銷技巧的運用，推廣的效果仍是有限，藉由本活動除了充實自身現代行銷專業知識外，學員們也在彼此的交流互動中，得到許多文化觀光產業的發展方向。
原文發中心曾智勇主任表示，原住民部落擁有得天獨厚的觀光條件，也有源源不絕的文化創意，然而因行銷人才的不足，讓許多好的產品無法成功推銷出去。有鑑於此，原文發中心自104年起，歷年辦理行銷人才研習課程，培育原鄉部落文創及觀光從業人員精進現代行銷之專業知能，並與時俱進，針對時下流行的網路行銷方式及近年來受到重視的「生態旅遊」議題，邀請講師從實務與學術的角度出發，向在場學員進行分享與討論。
