台灣無障礙協會林俊福理事長表示，第27屆傑出愛心媽媽推薦的主題為「阿母的堅持」。在面臨自己的孩子成為身心障礙者時，母親永遠都是陪伴在孩子身邊不離不棄，給予支持與鼓勵，用溫暖的羽翼讓孩子成長茁壯。
