2019「全球榮耀典範媽媽表揚」活動，於台中市阿杜會館接受表揚的12位典範母媽媽，來自全省各地人士與社團推薦，透過表揚活動分享每位典範母親的溫馨故事，也肯定媽媽們為家庭的奉獻。
這些母親媽媽的平日默默地付出，每個母親都是家庭的支柱，尤其是這些受表揚的媽媽們每人都有許多令人感動的故事，不只熱心積極參與愛心公益不遺餘力，更協助社會培育國家棟樑，把吃苦當作吃補，留下慈輝美德，堪為最佳典範，尤其洪美娘女士無私的奉獻，讓在座的來賓紛紛鼓勵獻上深深祝福，現場溫馨感人。
洪美娘女士於民國39年出生，因早年熱愛䙜紉，畢業於台中家商服裝科系，目前從事造型設計研發的工作，擔任雅美縫紉研發班的指導老師，傳授教導手工藝品、禮服、帽子、布包、服裝等，因為技術純熟特獨特，名氣在台中深受好評，特別深受學生們的喜愛與歡迎。
因為熱心公益活動多年，曾任水源地文教基金會傳承服務工作小組，前市長夫人許幸惠愛心工作團隊，也曾擔任群英獅子會第三屆會長，也是2019會長聯誼會的總召集人，至今仍維護學童安全盡綿薄之力，每天就到學校維護交通安全的資深志工，現在是已授證魏瑞蓉模特兒美姿美儀走秀老師，長期跟著魏瑞蓉的愛在每個角落團隊，到處公益演出做輔助教導工作。
洪美娘女士表示:秉持著「每一次付出的愛心，將是一粒粒深植的種子，必將長大成蔭，回饋照顧更多需要的人」的理念，深信對社會慈善關懷，是締造人類文明的希望之窗，而這一扇窗，終將透過社會大眾的愛心參與，讓社會可以重新窺見『真、善、美』的境界。
