南投縣水里鄉公於8月22日在水里鄉上安村鵲橋旁廣場，舉辦「浪漫七夕情定鵲橋暨葡萄嘉年華」活動，活動結合在地文化，展演藝術，行銷當地特色水果葡萄，吸引許多人潮，帶來無限商機。
水里上安舉辦「七夕情定鵲橋、葡萄嘉年華」活動，希望在地農特產及觀光景點，吸引大家的目光，水里鄉長陳癸佑與代表會主席葉銘豐親臨活動現場，還有水里鄉民代表、各村村長、各社區發展協會等許多嘉賓蒞臨指導。
水里七夕鵲橋是一處很浪漫、風景又優美的景點，除了在美麗的鵲橋觀光拍照打卡外，還可以品嘗在地葡萄、梅子等農特產，現場也安排月下老人牽情人線帶平安、欣賞舞蹈藝術中心、眾擊坊、在地的國樂團體帶來的太鼓、熱舞、古典音樂表演。
現場另有安排豐富有趣的互動體驗（包括街頭藝人表演、情定七夕愛拍拍、心有靈犀、千里姻緣一線牽），還可以體驗葡萄露，梅子製品的DIY活動，以及農場採果的體驗，讓大小朋友都玩的很開心！
水里鄉陳癸佑鄉長表示，水里好山好水風光明媚，近幾年公所大力推廣的水裡玩水節活動，廣受大小朋友的喜愛，但現在除了玩水節之外，還想要告訴大家水里其他好玩的地方。
上安舉辦「情定鵲橋、葡萄嘉年華」活動，藉由在地觀光景點與農特產特色攤位，提供在民眾最優質農特產品供採購資訊外，還有提供水里槑山遊趣所規劃的遊程一日遊、二日遊行程資訊，每個行程都很好玩，歡迎國人朋友一定要來水里遊玩喔！
