高雄市大寮戶政今(18)日辦理志工服務訓練，融合大寮和林園二區戶所志工人力，要讓整併後大寮戶所志工服務更專業、更貼心。
今(109)年3月23日原大寮區和林園區戶政整併為大寮戶政事務所，志工人力因此倍數成長，原本二個戶政的志工，互不認識，因整併關係，現在變成一家人，一齊為大寮戶政這個大家庭服務。志工年紀高齡的不算少，在高齡化的社會充分展現活到老學到老的樂齡學習精神，不只認真學習新知識，更抱持歡喜服務心服務來戶所洽公的每位民眾，可說是平日裡大寮戶政為民服務的大助力。
主任李堂賓說，大寮戶政的志工團隊就是一群有愛心和熱忱的人，在新冠肺炎疫情期間仍堅守崗位，每日在戶所協助民眾申辦業務及防疫消毒工作，是戶所得力助手。當志工除了要有熱忱外，還須要具備專業能力和技巧，所以這次的志工教育訓練除了戶政法令、服務案例的探討分享外，並特別安排了戶役政管家的下載使用與前往旗山戶政事務所內門辦公處了解人工智慧戶政資訊化的運用，期望志工的人力服務更上一層樓。
高雄市大寮戶政的志工在課程中直呼《這次學習真是太棒了》，除了讓自己了解更多的戶政資訊，正確傳達給洽公民眾，更知道如何鼓勵民眾利用「戶役政管家APP」，免出門便可申辦各項戶政業務。
