亞洲航空界第一張CSE客艙服務管理師第二期學員檢定考試於3月28日圓滿完成，檢定成績，將會於一周後放榜通知，合格學員將能取得「CSE客艙服務管理師」中英文雙證照。雖然現在新冠肺炎疫情影響各行業，但第三期培訓報名非常熱烈，目前也已滿額開班，大家對進入航空業仍是非常踴躍與嚮往。
CSE客艙服務管理師課程主任 劉平老師表示：CSE證照是實務與理論並重，考試內容包括筆試及術科雙審核，筆試包含：選擇題單選、複選、填充題及申論題共四大部分，80分為合格。術科包含：空服員形象儀態、客艙服務應對、情境演練、客艙狀況、異常回報，共五大內容。同學要完成教官在培訓課程中所教導客艙服務各項主要重點，並在時間、空間、資源有限情況下完成五星級服務，確保同學真正達到「聽到、看到、做得到」的考試合格資格。
檢定考試非常嚴謹，由二位主考官及二位監考官，共四位委員進行考核，全程會進行拍照與錄影，用意是讓考生爾後可複查。此次第二期「CSE客艙服務管理師」考核檢定成績，會於一周後放榜通知，合格學員將能取得「CSE 客艙服務管理師」，中英文雙證照。
劉平老師也是航空界的資深空服教官，語意深重說：疫情問題是短暫現象，但自我學習與專業培養是長期要深耕的，我們能夠為航空界盡心奉獻，也是所有老師一直的心願。
